Namdhari booked under section 302 in Hardeep Chadha's murder case

Former Uttarakhand Minorities Commission chief Sukhdev Singh Namdhari has been booked under section 302 of Indian Penal Code for the murder of Hardeep Singh, the brother of liquor baron Ponty Chadha who was also killed in the shootout at a farmhouse in Chhatarpur on November 17th.
