The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) would meet on June 18 to decide on its candidate for the coming presidential election. The decision was taken at a meeting of NDA leaders held at former prime minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee's residence in New Delhi on Tuesday. Meanwhile, communist parties, who prop the ruling United Progressive Alliance (UPA), said a decision would be taken shortly.
