Never giving up is my secret: UPSC topper Haritha Kumar

Fulfilling her childhood dream Haritha V Kumar, a woman from Kerala in her fourth and last attempt has bagged the first place in the civil services examination for the first time from the state since 1991. The delighted topper says never giving up was her secret behind success.
