New Delhi's policy remains the same: Tibetan PM-in-exile

Samdhong Rinpoche, Tibetan prime minister-in-exile, on Friday greeted Indian prime minister-elect Manmohan Singh and hoped that the new government's policy on would remain consistent. Hundreds of thousands of Tibetans are residing in India as refugees.
