Nitin Gadkari formally takes charge over as BJP chief

Nitin Gadkari on Saturday formally replaced Rajnath Singh as the chief of India's main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party in national capital New Delhi. The 52-year-old leader has become the youngest president of the party and the first one from Maharashtra. Meanwhile, BJP's senior leader L.K Advani said Gadkari's leadership will benefit the party.
