Nitish did not win on development: Mayawati

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mayawati on Monday underrated the victory of BJP- Janata Dal (United) coalition led by Nitish Kumar in Bihar state assembly election. She boasted her government by saying that her Bahujan Samaj Party also bagged votes on the basis of issues above the caste system on a national scale for the first time during the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections in 2007.
