Normalcy returns to Ludhiana as curfew lifted

Normalcy returns to Ludhiana city as authorities relaxed the curfew. Authorities had imposed the curfew in Ludhiana, following violent protests by sundry Sikh fora against the holding of a public discourse by a controversial religious sect leader. At present,the situation is under control,with traffic back on streets and shops reopened.
