Normalcy returns to riot-hit Muzaffarnagar

After nearly ten days when Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar district was rocked by communal violence on September 7, normalcy is finally slowly returning to the riot-hit district and so the district authorities have lifted the curfew completely.
