Nupur’s bail plea to be decided post lunch

The Ghaziabad sessions court today will announce its decision on Nupur Talwar's interim bail plea post lunch, hereby reserving its order in the infamous Aarushi murder case, for the time being. Earlier on Monday the special judicial magistrate had rejected Nupur's bail, and her lawyers had then moved the sessions court for an interim bail, which was also rejected and Nupur was taken to Dasna jail.
