Obstruction of Parliament is not undemocratic: Arun Jaitley

BJP senior leader Arun Jaitley said that obstruction of Parliament is not undemocratic. While addressing a party meeting in Ranchi on Saturday, he also said that he hopes the central government would stick to its word and discuss all issues including corruption in the upcoming Budget session.
