Odisha chief disapproves proposed NCTC

Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik has opposed the proposed anti-militancy body by the central government. In wake of the recent brutal Maoists attack in Chhattisgarh, the government had proposed the setting up of an anti militancy outfit, the National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC).
