Omar Abdullah asks PM for sanction of two universities

Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah called on Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi on Monday to sought the setting up of two universities in the state, one each in the Kashmir valley and Jammu region. Abdullah said with the submission of this proposal all efforts of the adversaries would be stalled.
