Pak helping terrorists to enter our territory: Shinde

Union home minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Sunday reiterated the government's view that Pakistan is helping terrorists to enter Indian Territory. Shinde also said that the militants operating in Kashmir are trying to attack the military convoys to instil fear among the locals.
