Pak's cooperation in fighting terror: Tharoor

India's junior Foreign Minister Shashi Tharoor in New Delhi on Tuesday said that India hopes Pakistan would do everything in its power to prevent the militant groups based in its soil from attacking India. He also said that the Prime Minister was not going back on the goodwill that he has shown and his fundamental desire for peaceful relations with Pakistan.
