Parliamentary elections bring some interesting faces

The parliament elections in India has thrown up some interesting faces this time… a dancer, a banker, a former diplomat and an airliner have joined the fray to provide a credible alternative for the youth who are disillusioned by the existing political actors. A dancer and an activist, Mallika Sarabhai has taken a plunge into the politics as an independent candidate. Sarabhai will contest from Gandhinagar against BJP's Prime Ministerial Candidate LK Advani.
