People across India face brunt as vegetable prices soar

People across India face the brunt as prices of vegetables like tomato, potato and others have risen due to delay and insufficient rains. The street vendors in the wholesale market are selling potatoes at rupees 20 per kilogram whereas the tomatoes are being sold at rupees 30-50 rupees per kilogram.
