Pilot committed technical error, UAE tells India

Indian foreign minister SM Krishna on Tuesday said that United Arab Emirates officials have approached Indian authorities over the detained UAE aircraft, saying it was a technical mistake by the pilot. An aircraft belonging to the UAE air force was detained on Monday after it landed in Kolkata for refueling and was found to be carrying arms.
