PM assures all assistance to flood-hit Uttarakhand

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh after inquiring about the flood situation in Uttarakhand directed all Central government agencies to assist in rescue operations in flood-hit state. He also assured state chief minister Vijay Bahuguna that all help will be provided in affected areas.
