PM should attend CHOGM in Colombo: NCP

NCP leader Tariq Anwar on Thursday said that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh should attend the CHOGM in Colombo as it is a Commonwealth summit and not a bilateral talk between India and Sri Lanka.
