PM should own up responsibility for coal scam: D Raja

Senior CPI leader D Raja, asked Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to own political, moral and administrative responsibility for the multi-billion coal scam. He also slammed the PM for the failure of his government in protecting the interest and rights of the tribal people.
