PM should own up responsibility for scams: Karat

Communist Party of India-Marxist General Secretary Prakash Karat, on Sunday said that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh should own up responsibility for the corruption scandals that have hit his government. Karat also slammed Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit over her indictment in the recently published CAG report on irregularities observed in Commonwealth Games. Karat said after such allegations, Dikshit should leave her post till she clears out the speculations surrounding her.
