PM slams Modi govt for neglecting rural areas

PM Manmohan Singh lashed out at Narendra Modi for failing to develop rural regions of the state and provide basic health and education facilities to the backward sections. While addressing a public rally in Vansda on Sunday, Singh said that he is disappointed that chief minister Narendra Modi and his BJP-led government have failed to meet the aspirations of the people of the state.
