PM vows to give due respect to opposition

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday vowed to give due respect to the Opposition during sessions of Parliament and hoped for a new beginning in Parliament. The lower house of Parliament began its first session on Monday morning. The first two days have been kept for newly elected members to take oath, to be followed by election of the Speaker on Wednesday.
