Police raid hookah parlour in Mumbai, detain over 30 youth

The social service branch of the Mumbai police on Sunday raided a bar in the city and detained 32 boys and nine girls, who were consuming illegal tobacco. A case has been registered against all the accused under the Control of Tobacco Products Act (COTPA), 2003.
