Police unearth explosives from railway tracks in Purulia

Police averted a major catastrophe on Monday after landmines, planted by Maoists, were discovered from railway tracks in Purulia in West Bengal. The landmines were detected 50 meters from Biramodi railway station where a 48-hour shutdown called by the Maoists is in force.
