Political leaders hail decision to form separate Telangana state

Cutting across political ideologies, leaders of various parties hailed the decision of the Congress party to form separate state of Telangana by bifurcating Andhra Pradesh. While masses in the Telangana region celebrated the occasion and those opposed to it in the coastal region of Andhra Pradesh staged protest rallies.
