Political parties celebrate Independence Day

Various political parties celebrated India's 62nd Independence Day with great fervor on Friday. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, after addressing the nation from the Red Fort attended celebrations at the Congress party headquarters. BJP members gathered at the residence of senior party leader LK Advani to celebrate.
