Political parties spat over assault on Sikh in UK

Regional parties denounced the central government on Monday for inaction in the recent case of assault on an 80-year-old Sikh by a young British girl in United Kingdom, while the government said that it had raised the issue with the UK government. The Central government said that they had not responded to the matter earlier because the Sikh is a British citizen and it is the internal matter of the UK government.
