Population stabilization, must for India: Azad

Expressing his concern over the soaring population levels of India, Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad on Tuesday highlighted the urgency of population stabilisation measures. Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the Asian Population Association Conference in New Delhi, Azad said that population control was one of the most daunting challenges the government is facing.
