Prez Patil addresses Parliament

On the 60th anniversary of Parliament's first sitting, President Pratibha Patil today said, while addressing the parliament, that the country needs to have a strong electoral system as elections are an important part of the society. Patil further added that the people of the country have high expectations from the members of the Parliament.
