Prez Polls: Pranab thanks Mamata for support

UPA's presidential nominee Pranab Mukherjee called Mamata Banerjee on phone to thank her, hours after the UPA's key ally Trinamool Congress announced the party's decision of supporting him in the presidential polls.Banerjee on Tuesday said that the party has taken the decision to support Pranab as it was left with no other option. The Congress also heaved a sigh of relief after its key ally made the announcement.
