Professional armies should respect rules of engagement: Tewari

Union information and broadcasting minister, Manish Tewari on Tuesday said that professional armies should respect rules of engagement and jingoism needs to be avoided in the wake of the killing of two Indian soldiers by Pakistani troops near the border of the disputed region of Kashmir.
