Rahul Gandhi's consent was not for Media gag bill: Cong

The Congress party has distanced itself from a private member's bill tabled by party leader Meenakshi Natarajan saying it contained her personal views and not those of Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi. Congress Spokesperson, Janardhan Dwivedi said that Natrajan did not take the approval of Rahul Gandhi before submitting the bill, which aims to gag the media.
