Railways must be financially stable: Pawan Bansal

Presenting his maiden railways budget, Union railway minister Pawan Kumar Bansal began the speech cautioning about the need to make railways financially stable and that scarcity of resources was a challenge. Bansal said losses on passenger trains were mounting even as the more trains were being launched.
