RBI, govt have taken steps to stabilise the rupee: PM

Asserting that the fall of the rupee is a matter of great concern, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday said that the central government is taking steps to reduce current account deficit and added that growth will improve in the second half of fiscal year.
