Rescued Somali Hostages say they were threatened, tortured

Hostages rescued from Somali pirates spoke of their captivity on their return to Mumbai on Wednesday. The 13 hostages rescued from the Mozambique-flagged vessel Vega 5 on March 14 shared tales of horror, saying the pirates tortured the officers and threatened everyone with guns. The rescued hostages revealed that no proper medical facilities were provided, and the food was intolerable.
