Reward for informers: Modi

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday announced that he would be rewarding informers who give information that will lead the authorities to militants who were behind the coordinated blasts that rocked Gujarat. Authorities have called for a shutdown in Surat that turned into a carpet of live bombs that kept the Indian security personnel on their feet throughout the day.
