RPN singh distances himself from commenting on Delhi rape

While widespread outrage has swept New Delhi following the brutal rape of a five-year-old girl, minister of state for home RPN Singh when asked by the media in his hometown to comment over the gruesome incident, said he had already given a statement in Delhi.
