Rural BPO to stop migration/brain drain in Bihar

In an attempt to stop brain drain and migration from Bihar to other states, a Business Process Outsourcing unit has been set up in a remote village. This BPO in Madhubani district is not only providing employment opportunities to locals but also empowering them. The employees are mostly Hindi speaking but they also admit that they are learning to speak in English.
