SC dismisses alleged rape case against Rahul Gandhi

In a major development, the Supreme Court today dismissed an alleged case of rape and abduction filed against Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi by former SP MLA Kishore Samrite. The apex court said that the CBI enquiry against the petitioner, Kishore Samrite will continue and also imposed a fine of Rs 10 lakh on the petitioner.
