SC issues notice to Centre, Delhi govt over Kejriwal protest

The Supreme Court on Friday issued a notice to the central government and the Delhi government on a PIL seeking action against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for violating the law while holding a constitutional position. The notice comes in response to a public interest litigation (PIL) filed by advocate ML Sharma which had questioned if a person holding a constitutional authority can sit on a dharna which is an unlawful act.
