Separatists in Kashmir call shutdown to protest PM visit

Hardline faction of the separatists in Kashmir called for a complete shutdown to protest against the visit of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to the state. A three-tier security has been put in place in the state for Singh's two-day visit to the region beginning on Monday.
