Session Court denies anticipatory bail to Rathore

Session court of Panchkula on Wednesday deferred the decision on anticipatory bail to former police chief of Haryana, S P S Rathore till January 1, 2010. He is convicted of molesting a budding tennis player who committed suicide later. Earlier on Wednesday Rathore had moved the court seeking anticipatory bail in the case after some more sections were slapped on him. Meanwhile, Girhotra's friend and sole eyewitness in the case, Aradhana, blamed Rathore for manipulating documents.
