Seven-phase assembly polls in UP

The Election Commission has announced the election dates for 5 states. The biggest of them all, Uttar Pradesh, will have a seven phased polls, the first of which will begin from the 4th of February. In Uttarakhand, it will be single phased polls on January 30. In Punjab, it will again be single phased polls on the 30th of January. Goa will also have single phase polls on the 3rd March. And the last state, Manipur, will go to polls on January 28. Counting for all five states will take place on March 4.
