Sheikh Hasina charged with murder

Opposition leader in Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina Wajed has been charged with the killing of five persons during violent clashes which rocked the national capital city of Dacca last October. According to Police Deputy Commissioner Shahidul Haq Bhuiyan, the Detective Branch submitted the charge-sheet accusing her on Wednesday after carrying out investigations and gathering evidence.
