Sheila Dikshit expresses shock over 7-yr-old's rape in school

Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit has expressed shock over the seven-year-old girl's alleged rape at a government school in north Delhi's Mangolpuri. Rapid Action Force teams have been deployed in Mangolpuri, where protests against the minor's rape turned violent on Friday.
