Sibal says Gujarat model ‘self-awarded medal,' JD(U) agrees

Even as Union Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal stirred the hornet's nest by describing Gujarat's model of development as a 'self-awarded medal', the JD(U) on Saturday has given a nod to the observation.
