Sikhs head to Nanded

Hundreds of Sikhs from around the world are heading for Nanded in Maharashtra, to commemorate the tri-centenary of sanctification of the Guru Granth Sahib, as the perpetual Guru of the Sikhs. The celebrations will take place on October 29. Along with this the 'Parlokgaman' of Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth and the last human Sikh Guru will also be held on November 4. A procession of Sikhs left Aurangabad on Monday for Nanded.
