Singhvi to remain absent during budget session in RS

Congress member and Rajya Sabha MP Abhishek Manu Singhvi, whose name had recently cropped up in the controversial CD case will remain absent during second half of budget session in Rajya Sabha. He has stated health reasons for his absence from the proceedings of the Upper House of Parliament.
