Socio-economic disparity responsible for rise in Maoist activities: VK Singh

Expressing his concern over the grave problem of Maoist insurgency in the country, former chief of Indian Army, General (retired) Vijay Kumar Singh held socio-economic disparity and misgovernance responsible for increase in the violent activities of the extremists.
